This guide provides instructions on how to use the web-based Course Schedule application to search for classes, view descriptions, and locate meeting information.

Detailed Instructions

Step 1: Select Your Term

  1. Open the application.
  2. On the first page, use the dropdown menu to select the academic Term you wish to view.
  3. Click the Continue button to proceed to the search page.

Step 2: Define Search Criteria

On the second page, you can filter courses to find exactly what you need.

Using Pre-defined Searches
If you prefer to browse by category, scroll to the bottom of the page. Click any link under Predefined Course Searches to immediately view the schedule for that specific group of classes.

Step 3: View Search Results

The results page displays your courses in an interactive list.

The Display (Accordions)
By default, the page opens with Expand All active, meaning all course details are visible.

Note: Room assignments are subject to change without notice. Please check the term schedule posted on campus upon arrival for your first class session.

Step 4: Navigate and Refine

Use the buttons at the top of the results page to manage your search session:

Button Function
New Criteria Takes you back to the search page with all your settings saved. Use this to tweak your search (e.g., add another subject) without starting over.
Re-search Stays on the results page but refreshes the data. Use this to check for real-time updates to enrollment numbers.
New Search Returns you to the beginning to start a completely fresh search with cleared fields.
Expand / Collapse All Opens or closes all course details on the page for easier scanning.
Scroll to Top Instantly jumps back to the top of the results page.
